Scalp micropigmentation and microblading are two different techniques  which aim at creating an illusion of fuller scalp in patients who suffer from thinning/ shedding of hair. The treatments involve tattooing your scalp with black/brown pigment to create the illusion of thicker hair

Q. How is scalp micropigmentation different from scalp microblading?

Scalp micropigmentation is ideal for an almost bald scalp where using a digital machine dotty tattooing is done on the scalp to mimick the look of a shaven scalp wherein stubs of hair are visible

Scalp microblading, on the other hand, is camouflage treatment for people with thinning hair wherein scalp is now becoming visible. It involves the use of a hand held tool with very fine needles to to draw very fine, hair-like strokes to mimic the appearance of more hair . As the needles are much thinner than the regular tattooing needles the results achieved are pretty for natural.
